QuorumGroup/FileShareQuorum    *FAILED*

The DAG was setup some time ago, and I just started getting this error

Server01      FileShareQuorum      *FAILED*      File share witness resource 'File Share Witness doesn't have a file share configured. File share witness arbitration can't be performed until the file share witness share has been properly configured.

Server01      QuorumGroup      *FAILED*      Quorum resource 'Cluster Group' is not online on server 'Server1'. Database availability group 'DAG01' might not be reachable or may have lost redundancy. Error:
File Share Witness : Offline
is offline. Please verify that the Cluster service is running on the server.

EventID 1069

Cluster resource 'File Share Witness xxxxx of type 'File Share Witness' in clustered role 'Cluster Group' failed. The error code was '0x533' ('This user can't sign in because this account is currently disabled.').

Based on the failure policies for the resource and role, the cluster service may try to bring the resource online on this node or move the group to another node of the cluster and then restart it.  Check the resource and group state using Failover Cluster Manager or the Get-ClusterResource Windows PowerShell cmdlet.

What is the status of the server holding the file share witness?

What is the Event ID number of those errors?

I've sometimes seen errors when the FSW server is patched and rebooted.

The FWS server is up with no errors.

We have two DAGs and 2 FWS on the same server (one for each DAG), one DAG is fine the second has the FWS error

Can you go in the "Failover Cluster Manager", go to the cluster in question and verify if the "Cluster Core Resources" are online (apparently at least the FSW is offline).

If you right-click on the FSW, you might be able to simply bring it online.

That means that the CNO for the Dag is disabled.

I would also ensure the ground level configs, eg. Exchange Trusted Subsystem is member of local admin on the FSW server....
